Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up the next working day.

Moving into London?

Send the destination floor, whether there is a lift, and the borough. Those three decide the parking application, the vehicle and whether we need to have the awkward conversation about what will not fit.

Moving out past the M25?

Describe the approach rather than the house. Width at the narrowest point, the surface, and whether there is room to turn. A photograph of the lane is worth more than a paragraph about it.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
