- Is it really two people?
- Yes. A job quoted for one that needs two goes badly for everybody. If your load genuinely is a few boxes, say so and we will scale it.
- Can you come at short notice?
- Often midweek, and much less easily in the university changeover weeks. Ask and we will tell you what we actually have rather than taking the booking and hoping.
- Can you move just my room?
- Yes, and it is one of our commonest jobs here. Give us the floor and the stair layout when you enquire.
- Will you take rubbish away?
- A drop at a charity shop or the recycling centre, yes. Licensed waste clearance needs a waste carrier, and where that is genuinely what you need we will tell you.
- Do I need to help carry?
- No. The job is quoted on us doing the work.
